Report server error

In my ASP.NET 3.5 page I have a ReportViewer control with an .rdlc report at the server. When I load the page I get the following error msg: "The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized."

Any ideas what I need to do?

We've posted a few resolutions for this if you are on IIS7.
