Website Protection

    Can you give me ways to protect pages on a website from being modified? I would design pages (with extensions .html or .aspx) and build pages onto a website using Visual Studio. I do prefer to protect pages (made from Visual Studio) from being modified.

    I'm not sure I understand how anyone could modify a file on your site...

    The only way someone could modify one of your pages is if they had the user/pass for your account. In which case there is really nothing you can do to protect any files in your account.
