Service Unavailable Error

May be an access database issue. Please create a support ticket.

I already created a support ticket but nothing has changed yet.

I tried accessing just a regular html file but I still get the same error.

i am getting this error constantly. i was told it was a concurrent user threshold error, but my threshold was increased and still nothing has changed. any luck getting your error corrected?

Service Unavailable is one of those stupid IIS 6.0 error that can be caused by many things.

Possible Cause:

1) Maximum Concurrent Connection Reached
2) Application pool recycling
3) Application pool stopped

In order for us to isolate the problem, we have to review the server log. Please contact our support department.

We are getting the same error on our websites the whole day today and DiscountASP support engineers are refusing to accept that it is a problem with their IIS servers. How many thousands of their users are suffering from the same problem? This is outrageous! How can I host websites for my business if DiscountASP's servers stop working with Service Unavailable error message for more than 24 hours?????
