My official suggestion and feedback for this Suggestions and Feedback forum is that you guys either fix my e-mail server which seems to have disappeared or at least fix the support application which also seems to have disappeared so I can create a ticket. I'll be happy with either, though I'd much prefer e-mail to support tickets. On a positive note, web hosting, control panel, and forums all seem to be working.
