Discovery Credential For Proxy Server Dialog

Is there any way to avoid this annoying prompt - maybe to supply the username and password once when opening the Visual Studio IDE? Whenever I go to refresh the web reference, this pops up. We are using ISA Server as a firewall on our corporate network.

Is the webreference password protected?

I do not think vs.net caches the username/password
