2195: apple push notification service to send data to gateway.push.apple.com or gateway.sandbox.push.apple.com

2196: feedback service to receive data from feedback.push.apple.com or feedback.sandbox.push.apple.com

No, those ports would not be open. All ports not used for our services, or common services, are blocked.

On second thought...

Since the push only uses those ports for outgoing data, you would be fine. The ports are not blocked outgoing, only incoming.
