I can never remember the cryptic FTP user name that DASP creates for my site by prepending the account number to my user name (ie: 00123456|username). Why can't we just login with our account user name? I'm not sure if this is a limitation of shared hosting, but my previous provider allowed FTP access in a shared environment with just a simple user name. Thanks, Scott.
That has to do with isolating FTP to a per site basis which allow us to give customer control to reset FTP connections and display current login users.
