If I wanted to make a change so that my DiscountASP account serves a different domain name than I setup originally how would I do this ?
(Assuming that I cannot have 2).

Is it possible to have other domain names point to sub-directories inside our main account?
IE www.host2.com points to www.host1.com/host2 (where we own both host1.com and host2.com names
Also, are 3rd level domains available? www.thislevel.host1.com ?
If so, how much(if any) does it cost to add these, and how do we do so?
At this time we do not support subdirectory pointers or subdomain pointers.
If this is an important feature, please email feedback@discountasp.net and let us know that this is important to you and how you plan on using this feature. This will help us in determining our product enhancement pipeline.
