I have a plane to put my asp.net web application on a server
I would like to know which plane of yours is more suitable for my need as described below

1- my application allows the user download and upload files to server with fileupload method
2- the application uses file.exist to search for the files in directory

3- in back end i am using ms sql2008

4- this application will be used as a demo

my other issue is the app in in progress and time to time i have to add some tables to db

oh one more thing can use copy web site insteadof publishing the web site

Yes, you can use "copy site" to upload in Visual Studio, and we have SQL2005 or SQL2008 databases. Database service is an "add-on," so there is an additional fee.
