I am trying to access my site I have entered my alternate url and other imformation but keep getting an error of 401 unautherization not sure what I am doing wrong help please.

Alternative URL will not work with IIS Manager. Please use the primary domain name of your hosting account. Also, make sure you connect to the site, not to the server, and that you granted the permission to the user with which you are trying to connect.
