Google Apps for your domain- MX record setup

Hi All,

I have just signed up as a Google Premier Apps user, and am going through the process of hooking up the email...I have just gone through the MX Record setup as per these instructions....

Just a couple of questions....

1. Looks like we now do not need to add the trailing period (comes up with an incorrect domain name when u try to add the "."

2. Is anyone familiar with what we should do with the following A Records (in A Record Manager)...

webmail.quanttrading.com 64.79.170.133 3600
smtp.quanttrading.com 64.79.170.133 3600
pop3.quanttrading.com 64.79.170.133 3600
imap.quanttrading.com 64.79.170.133 3600

I suspect...we should leave them alone!

- no. you do not need the trailing period; that's a Bind format.

It really up to you.. you can leave them there or remove them.
