Multiple domain names pointing to a single hosted site

I have a client who is a member of discountasp.net. His has recently migrated to discountasp.net. He used to have multiple domain names that pointed to a single hosted site. He has updated the domain name servers for those domains but they are not coming up. do i need to add Domain Pointers to have them live again?

Yes, this is correct, each additional domain name that you want to point to the same website needs to be registered as the "Domain Pointer" addon. Each additional domain pointer is one time $15 charge. You can order it by logging in the control panel of your hosting account and navigating to Domain Pointer Manager (https://my.discountasp.net/addons/dompointer.aspx).
