Do you provide any tools to change default Welcome and Exit messages for a FTP server? Thanks.

No. We cannot do that because the FTP message is a system setting that is displayed to all users.

I am using WS-FTP Pro, and connecting using the only username I have created. But nothing seems to display in the remote window. When I tried to upload the files, it says:
Request containts 1 file(s) already requested
Discarding new request
What am I doing wrong here? Anyone? Thx[:(]
Make sure you change directories. Please see:

I read the article, but can't figure out what to do with: "When using users other than your main user account to FTP, you must explicitly change diretory to /[main_username]."
What exactly is /[main_username] ?
If the ftp site is name "ftp.mycompany.com" and I created a direcory named "transfer" and a user named "Joe", how would Joe access the "transfer" directory so he could read/write (assume the Permissions has been correctly set).
The main_username is the username you use to log into your control panel.
