Billing Question - add-ons

1) You have an initial 30-day money back guarantee. I believe if I purchase an add-on (say $10 a month), you will charge me $120 right away. Would any (11 months?) of this add-on charge get refunded if I took advantage of the 30-day money back guarantee?

2) Say I was in my 2nd year and I wanted to cancel an add-on halfway through my billing year. Would I get refunded 6-months worth of the annual add-on feel already billed, or would I be out the full year's amount?

1) Yes.

2) I think it depends on the service. Generally, I think you would not get a prorated refund for an add-on service.

But you really should contact billing@ via email for a definitive answer. They don't use the forum.
