  1. Hey, I'm new here cause I was researching my problem with outlook ... I appreciate any assistance from anyone who knows how to handle this issus

all of a sudden I can no longer download my emails I have set up via Outlook .. I have about 30 of them

when I login to the actual web-based version of my email accounts, all the emails are already 'read' ... so it appears that putlook is going in and seeing them but not downloading them for some reason ... none of them and they range from various sites I own to yahoo and gmail as well

remember they were all working fine and I did not add any new programs either

so in the bottom of outlook it says receiving 1 of 15 emails BUT they never come over

so I have put in my outlook 2007 disc again and did a repair and that did not help (did this 2 times) ... I also deleted a few emails and readded them, that did not resolve the issue and I even restored my computer to 2 days befor the issue began and that did not work

any ideas? ... I apprecuate any help ... thanks

  3. ...The only varaiables I can think of are your local Virus/Filtering software and possibly the Outlook Connector if you're using it.

If you double-click on the mail status does a dialog open?
Click Cancel if it does then try Send/Receive All from the menu.

  4. For working out given trouble you can use repair file pst. The tool has some important features allowing to work with big pst files. It uses modern methods of restoring outlook data.

  5. Try switching between IMAP and POP3 protocol. If the problem persists open a support ticket to investigate further.
