Submit button ???

I have the "ASP" code written which is I believe a simple 50 questions audit/survey with "Yes", "No", or "N/A" answers. The "User"? (is that what the person answering the questions is called?) is also required to upload a minimum of at leat one "file". After uploading this file(s) with a link to purchae what is required you click "Submit" and I have no clue where this information goes to. I'm hoping it would go to my Email with the information entered plus attached file(s) or does it go to a server which then notifies me that new information has been "captured" ???

The ASP entry was simple with Microsoft Visual Studio Expres 2010 and it looks fine when I "view in browser" but now I'm in way over my head feel like a dbag

...I'm a little confused as to what you need.
If you just want the code for a Submit button in ASP.NET or you want to know how to capture the entire page with inputs.
