Shipping and Insurance Costs

I would like to find a WebService that will calculate shipping and
insurance costs given city/country from and city/country to information and package weight. I want to receive the costs via
a call to the webservice through code in my application. I am using
Visual Studio .Net (Visual Basic .Net).
