Hello:

I want to send emails using ASPMail component, but i have the error "HTTP 500 Internal Server Error", also i tried using CDONTS and have the same problem.
Anybody can give me some help.

First thing you do is to configure your browser to display the 'real' error message.

Follow the instruction in this article, http://kb.discountasp.net/article.aspx?id=10052

Secondly, make sure the SMTP host is set to localhost.

I had same problem when you set browser to display error you find its a database conection problem.
I you need code for CDONTS mail reply to my email address.
