Uploading and retrieving (images/files)

I am working with Dreamweaver MX and a MS SQL database. I have a form that lets the user submit text information, but I would also like for them to be able to submit an image file and an audio file. I've never done this before and it seems like it should be pretty straight forward, but I can't seem to make it happen. I know this is a pretty broad question but any advice you could give would be very helpful.

I found a program for uploading images. It works great. I modified it to work with my system and inserted code to create random filenames for the uploaded images.

Thanks I ended up going with uploadasp, seems to be more geared towards uploading all types of files.

Can someone one give me some directions on how to install and use aspupload. I have been having trouble getting it to work. Thanks in advance.
