Using aspNetPop3

I have downloaded the evaluation copy of aspNetPop3. Only version 2.0 is availible. after I upload my asp.net project to DiscountAsp's web server and run the page that is using aspNetPop3 I recieve a 'Unable to find resource error'. Can any one tell me how I can use aspNetPop3 ver. 1.5 in my web site?
