Receiving bounce backs from emails I didn't send

  1. Hi,

    How do you eliminate someone from using your email address to send spam? Receiving a bunch of bounce back undeliverable messages to email addresses I never sent to.

    From what you described, you probably need to change your email password, but I can't be sure of what's going on unless I see the header.

    Unfortunately, you can't.

    Well, you can, if you want to use an SPF record. But that is not a simple thing to implement, and if done incorrectly, can cause more problems than it solves.
     
  4. That KB article is correct.
    People from the UK and Russia are sending Emails with headers that make it look like my main Email address sent them.
    I posted a forum topic about this last year.
    Look at the hidden header, it should have at least information about the sending route.
