Communication Error

www.bselonline.com, user name:testuser, password:test123, after login you click on Financial Statement under reports, select trial balance and give date range , select all branches , all types, all projects and click on preview button, i could see the error a communication error occured......

Can anybody resolve this problem.

While it took a long time to complete, it actually ran without problems on my end

can you do the same for balance sheet option.It worked, but like Jose said, it took a long, long time to load.

Your local network or ISP may be timing out the connection when a page takes that long to return a result. But it is working.

I checked the stored procedure which runs in background for getting the data for the report it takes only 2 or 3 secs to execute. and the report when it generates it is taking so long time to display i think its related to the server issue. you can please rectify the problem.

We ruled out server issues several times in your helpdesk tickets. If it was a server issue, I suspect that it would be affecting more than just your database.

Unfortunately we cannot troubleshoot your application or database outside of possible server issues, so you're going to have to do some more investigation and troubleshooting yourself to see where the problem might lie.

If you have an idea of where the problem may be caused you can post the applicable code or query here and maybe someone can provide some insight or help.
