Service Unavailable ??

I have been getting a : Service Unavailable for the last two hours on my website.
I contacted support over an hour ago. the responded and said someone would be letting me know what is going on... that was over an hour ago.
Sunday is a big selling day for us we have %35 of our weekly direct entry sales copme in on Sundays- Sunday night.

Please let us know what is going on!

I have checked everything I can think of, billing is current, payment info is current. root files are operational.
It has been 30 minutes since I posted here,no reply here, non from support.

Please advise!

I did pool recycle. it did not help.
I tried everything, never got a reply from support.
It just cleared itself up I guess.
I wonder how many sales I missed?

I happened to see your ticket about half an hour ago and it was answered by two different people yesterday, including a system administrator who explained exactly what he found in the server logs.

Just to be clear, this was not a server issue, it's an issue with your application hanging.
