alias not working

  1. I set up an alias [email protected] and added 3 email accounts to it (All 3 were seperate gmail and yahoo account). One per line.

    When I email [email protected] no one gets the email....what did I do wrong...thanks in advance?

    It seems you have configured your alias correctly however you may want to disable greylisting on the alias.

    The following KB article has instructions on how to disable this feature in Smartermail, just be sure to select aliases not email users.

    Keep in mind you cant send an email to the alias if it is on the forward list of that alias.

    ex. [email protected] -> [email protected] -> [email protected]

    If disabling greylisting doesn't do the trick I would recommend opening a ticket through the support portal so that our support team can take a deeper look into the issue.
