Web Project Upload problems

I have a VS 2003 solution which contain two Web Projects, one which is used as part of the startup project.

When I upload the project as per KB article Q10002, my website cannot access the files in the second project. [B)]

I tried uploading the second project using the same method but that doesn't work either. [:(]

Any ideas on what I can do?

I don't get an error while uploading only when using the site.

It runs on my local PC without any problems. But uploading the seperate projects seems to break it.

Is there anyway I can upload the solution that includes both web projects?
