I received an email from System Administrator advising the following:

The size limit of 10 MB for mailbox '[email protected]' has been exceeded. Incoming mail is currently being rejected.

All messages from that account are forwarded to my main account and then deleted, so in theory the mailbox should never get full. I cannot find any way to clean up the storage space for any of my email accounts - is it possible to do so?

Anything else I can do to get this mail account working again ?

You need to login to the email account in question from SmarterMail web interface and clean up its used space by deleting unneeded messages from inbox and other folders. When you delete messages in SmarterMail, those messages are placed in deleted items folder. The messages in this folder count toward your total used email space. Please empty this folder to fee up email space.

  3. You might want to take a look at this KB article on how to automatically clean out your email folders so that you can prevent this from happening again in the future.
