can't restore the db

I am having problems in restoring the db file. I don't know what is the problem but the msg : Failed. Your database has been rolled back. Please contact Technical Support for details.

In the support told me to post here and they told me that the bak has more than one file. I just made the backup as i did it before(when it works).

I don't know where is the problem in order to resolve it.

...Can you post the steps you have taken, including the SQL versions? (Local/Remote)
Also, are you trying to Backup and Restore your remote DASP SQL Server from/to your local SQL Server rather than using the DASP Control Panel tools?

I resolved the issue by deleting the second log file before making the back up.
Then the restore worked fine
