Email Groups

Is there anyway to setup global emailing groups? What I am looking for is a way to send a number of people an email using a group name, that I can manage globally so we don't have to try and sync a number of local address books every time a group needs updating.

 

Thanks for asking about this issue. Creating a mailing list is not an option unless you use an email alias. Via the control panel you can find the primary admin user or the "postmaster" account login. You can also use this link to reach the login to the postmaster account:

To create a distribution list using Aliases:

1. Log in as the Domain Administrator
2. Click Domain Settings
3. Click Email Aliases
4. Click Add Alias
5. Add email addresses one per line
6. Click Save
