Website Outages

How come you guys never have an ETA on outages? We have had our websites go down quite a few times over the years and it's always "unfortunately we do not have an ETA on getting this issue resolved". Currently ours has been down since 10:30 last night. Personally I have not received a response, but was sent an auto email linking to the topic in this forum.


Has anyone else had this problem?

That's what I'm getting at... I mean even a conservative estimate is very helpful when you have a team of employees breathing down your neck on when the site is going to be back up. At least that way we can make arrangements for them to have something else to do.
