SmarterMail HTML Code issue after changing Aliases

So I just started my first job in I.T and I'm freaking out, still wet behind the ears, my boss wanted me to add some groups in smarter mail to have the ability to email certain people within a group "Billing", Front Desk, etc.

Well, after adding these groups under the admin, now under everyone email, when they open a new email to write, in the description line this code automatically appears - <br><br>

How do I eliminate this? I'd like to get it fixedbefore Monday when my bosses get in and start screaming

 

It's gone, actually, it only appears on my computer, I was under the impression it would be doing it for everyone and freaked out lol.

 

note: There are bugs with v6 of Firefox and SM 5.5
