Smartermail 8 & Internet Explorer 7 issue

  1. Customers trying to access their Smartermail 8 web interface using IE7 may run into some issues which will cause the browser to crash. This is a known issue and the Smartertools team is working on a fix as we speak.

    The best way around this is to upgrade to the latest version of Internet Explorer or try another browser like Google Chrome.
