Error: MSSQL07/SQLAgent Not Found ?

I set up a DTS Package, so that I could automatically copy my remote database here on DASP, to a local database,just for an extra level of backup.

It got through almost all of the process, then I got the "MSSQL07/SQLAgent not found" error.

It retrieved my table definitions, views, etc... but no data. Kinda defeats the purpose!

I'm pretty sure SQL Agent has to be running on the DASP end for this to work. Does DASP run SQL Agent? Can this be made to work as intended?

You cannot schedule DTS package on our server because of security issue.

SQL Agent only execute as the service user and thus have access to all DB. ie. if we were to allow DTS package, the package can have access to all database on the server.
