Basically, My question is does this DiscountAsp.net site provide any guide on how to setup and deploy a newly created web site?

Like is there a process to Web Deploy or can i get to IIS and import my application?

I'm currently developing on SL4/VS2010. But will this site be able to do SL5 beta?
