email service is disable

    We have a problem in the email service with our website www.alrida.com
    Email Status
    SUSPENDED Note: new account's email service may be suspended. Please contact technical support to enable email service.

    So We do not know why




    Note that the technical support page does not work. Shows the error

  2. The mail account is being suspended because of user policy violation; Mass emailing.

    Please open a support ticket to get more info and get your service re-enabled.

    We do not have a mailing list
    We do not send several e-mails at a time. If there is any violation of the policy of mail, we regret it. If can help me remedy the violation ?

    Finally, I can not open a support ticket because of the error on your website

    Can you help me. I think the mail service was suspended inadvertently
    Can you open a support ticket to me? I can not. There is a problem on your website

    You can email [email protected].

    Let's not discuss why an account may be suspended in the forum though. This belongs in a ticket.
