I did some testing, you have to upload the file Microsoft.Saturn.Framework.dll into your bin folder to get your page to work.

I found this dll at this location in my workstation

C:\Windows\assembly\GAC\Microsoft.Saturn.Framework \0.5.464.0__6f763c9966660626

I gave you the wrong location

C:\Program Files\Microsoft ASP.NET Web Matrix\v0.5.464\Framework
