I was checking out your host and you seem to be everywhere and quite famous.
So I have couple questions:

1. If I do traceroute for your site I see this right before your domain:

who is hostcollective? I went to their site and I see they work with hosts to help promote them.


2. Can you share any numbers how many domains and servers you have at least approximate? I'm looking for a very trusted host.

Amazing answer. What confused me is if you are such a big host, why are you hosting hostcollective.com with godaddy (i guess your competitor) and not on one of your own servers?

That Host Collective site is just a place holder at the moment. I would suspect that if/when it's developed, it would be moved to a corporate server and off the wonderful GoDaddy servers.

I'm glad you mentioned our friends at GoDaddy though, it gives me a chance to brag that the readers of DevProConnections magazine just voted us "Best Web Hosting Service" (for the second year running). Which hosts were in second and third places? GoDaddy and Amazon. One of the the world's largest shared hosts and one of the world's largest "cloud" hosts.
