The SmarterMail forums recommend a number of anti-span settings:

These begin with the SmarterMail Primary Admin going to the General Settings "Security" tab to configure Greylisting, Antispam Admin, etc. My General Settings page has no Security tab -- is this something DiscountASP has to enable?

These settings are all done by the server admin, which customers do not have access to as it controls the entire box.

How come you needed these settings changed?
