It appears to be very flexible and capable forum software. Is their technical support any good?

we actually didn't use much of their support. the installation was quite a breeze.

when we do ask for support, we post in their forum. response is usually pretty quick

We have used it at our company now for severalmonths on our intranet. Very good product, and emailing the developer results in fast responses.
