Service Unavailable Error

I had this Sevice Unavailable error two times this week. What is the cause? After emailing technical support, site starts functioning. http://community.discountasp.net/emoticons/shakehead.gif

this is a very generic error.

- web app crashed
- high concurrent connection.


can't really tell unless support informed you the root cause.

Support was blaming network latency somewhere on the way. It's hard to beleive, since Service Unavailable is an IIS message. I'd like to learn myself, what is the real cause. Can somebody check the IIS, serverlogs? What is the max for concurrent connections? Site is not a very busy place.

HTTP log do not tell you what really happened.

In order for us to identify the problem, we'll need to check on the server while this is happening.
