Removing Email Forwarding

  1. I feel silly asking this, but I can't seem to figure out where to remove the forwarding. I need my business email to stop forwarding to my personal email.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Our Knowledge base here might be able to help you. It shows you how to create an email alias but it should point you in the right direction on where to go to remove your alias. Please read What is email forwarding?

    If you have an email account that forwards to your personal email account. Then you need to login to your SmarterMail account via your URL webmail.YourHostedDomainName.com

    Click on the "Settings" button on the left (Should look like a gear icon).

    Then in "Account Settings" Click on the tab "Forwarding".

    Then remove your personal email account from the forwarding field.

    Click save.

    Now your done :)
