We are aware of this issue and we have contacted AOL to resolve this matter.

  2. Did something happen during the email maintenance last night (if it happened)? All of a sudden this morning, continuing until now (at least 10 hours later), any email I send from any of my DASP accounts to AOL gets rejected by AOL, with a message saying that the originating IP (DASP) has been put on automatic temporary suspension due to user complaints.

    This issue has been resolved.

We contacted AOL and they have told us that DiscountASP.NETwas neverblacklisted by AOL. The AOLadmins did not understand why our users were receiving this error. They also stated that many other ISPs were experiencing the same thing. AOL also admitted that they tightened their spam filters this pastweekend. It appears that AOL has now fixed this problem.
    We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please note that the spamcop.net issue has nothing to do with the AOL email rejection issue of December 2004. The AOL issue was resolved and AOL technical staff stated that DiscountASP.NET was never blacklisted.
