Yes agree spam is serious!
But what can I do when discountasp is wrong!!!
It is impossible that I sent spam, impossible!
There has to be a server problem I don't even use this account to email anyone!
It's a mistake and I can't find a phone number or anyone to help.
I do not have this problem with my 3 other sites I have hosted here.
This is a big mistake and I'm going to lose all my hard work, son\meone please help.
For any corrective action to be taking place, something serious happenned. Please get in contact with the Technical Support department at firstname.lastname@example.org your domain name. I would also recommend downloading your website.

I had some error while editing my site today and sent email off to technical support.

I was using VS 2002 editing my web site.

To my amazment i recieved this email in response.

We have received several complaints about SPAM activities originating from your account.
Due to this SPAM activity, we must take corrective action. We will be terminating your hosting services.
At this time, your account has been suspended. You have 24 hours to download all your website files, data, and emails off of our servers. Please make the necessary arrangements to move your site to another provider.
After 24 hours, we will cancel your account. After cancellation, all data related to your account is deleted and unrecoverable.
First of all I can't get to my web site to down it.
Second This is an error! I never sent any emails to anyone under this account!!
Anyone at discountasp help me with this? I put alot of work into that site and you are going to delelte on me for no good reason.
I do not know the particulars of this specific case, but we take SPAM Abuse very seriously as it can affect ALL our customers.
