What kind of add-ons I must purchase to have my webmail UI launched when user clicks on my email address link? Help me out , please.

I do not quite understand your question.

What do you mean by email address link?? On your website, your email client??

I refer myself to some web sites where I find a link, which might be an email address or anything else. When we click on that link a webmail UI pops up for us to send our message. Normally, clicking on an email address will launch Outlook Express or any other webmail UI s/a Yahoo, Hotmail webmail UI.

This is not technically possible.

MailTo: tag is built into your browser and when click it will spawn the default email client.

You are right. The underlying address of the link is a URL,which points to a feedback form or a contact form as you say.
