It is kinda difficult to send out email quota alert message because it can create more bounces.

We are working on a new mail system which will allow you to adjust individual mailbox size.

  2. Bruce... HELP! One of my client's email addresses is giving this error. What quota is he over and how do we rectify this? He says he tried calling support and was told that this domain wasn't hosted by you, but it is. I have logged into the control panel and can't find any "quota" info. Please advise. This iscausing tension between him and hisclients (andme).

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mail01.internetmailserver.net.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

  3. Nevermind. Not sure why, but his messages are not deleting when he checks them. I managed to get into his webmail and free up some space. I'll take a look at his outlook setting when I get to his office. Now I'm not sure if he received any messages, but do you send out Quota alerts when a user gets close to being shut off?

  4. I have one of clients using discountasp.net and the concern they have is the 15 MB limit on the mailbox. I did not know there was a per mailbox limit when I moved them here.

I see the message that indicated a different mail system might become available where I can control the mailbox quota. I have this control onmy account(s) at Interland.

When do you think we will get this? I have 2 other accounts that are possibilities, but they have 2 users that receive some large email (attached graphics for their business) and the 15 MB would NOT allow their clients to send them any of their promotional media.

    Hi,

Like quite a few people I'm waiting eagerly for this upgrade to happen. Are there any timescales as to when this might be?

    So uhm hows the progress?

Thanks and keep up the great work,

We are trying our best to get this new system out but we ran into multiple unexpected issues. I can't really promise a date but we are busting our butt trying to get this thing out the door.
