A few things you can do:
1. If you are using one frame for naviation and the other for content, then one thing you can do is to place the navigation links on the content page - say as text links on the bottom of the content page. Then when you submit to search engines - submit your domain and also the content page. At least, if someone gets to just that content page - without the navigation frame, they can still navigate through the site.
2. There is a NOFRAMES option that you can use.

Here is an old article on Search Engines and Frames: http://searchenginewatch.com/webmasters/article.php/2167901

Hope that helps.

I run a site which use several frames in its index page, how the spider-bots crawled through a frames site like mine at i1254.com (http://www.i1254.com) ?

Personnally, i never like to visit sites with frames, but i seem have no choice.
