How do you set the start page for an application? Normally I do this in ISS.

Discountasp.net has already set the start pages in IIS. They are processed in the order they appear in the article kb.discountasp.net/article.aspx?id=10128 (http://kb.discountasp.net/article.aspx?id=10128)
