Can't Retreive Table Information From Connection

I am having difficulties with setting up a database connection with dreamweaver. It claims
the connection is successful but cannot retrieve any table information. I am using the recommended 'Provider=....' from asp.net's
knowledge base with a Data Source Name as follows:
e:/web/cicnypeddle/htdocs/_database/ cincypeddler.mdb

No one can seem to give me a clue why I can't getting a proper connection.
I have tried to set up the connection on 3 different computers. So apparently my software is not the culprit.
I have tested this database on another server running IIS 5.0 and it works properly.
I have also tried uploading other databases onto asp.net's and they will not
function properly either.

Any ideas would be most helpful.
