Is it possible to use "XtraNavBar Suite" (from DevExpress.com) on
discountASP.NET platform.

This is from email I got:
"Thank you for registering your free copy of the XtraNavBar Suite. By
downloading and installing this product, you are entitled to use and
distribute the XtraNavBar Suite in your VS.NET projects royalty free."
