Spam checking

Due to the fact that discount.asp does not use a spam filter on its email servers (boo, hiss!) I found the following service.

http://www.rsff.com

It checks you POP3 email box ever 30 minutes and removes any spam.

I've seen that service before but don't know anyone that uses it? How well does it work?

I currently use http://spamarrest.comit's not free, but i get 2000-5000 spams a day
