What is the email quota (per account) and is there any way to change it?

I believe it's 10mb per account. You can contact support to have them increase it. This will change with the new mail system though, so you might just want to hold.

Is there a charge to have it increased? What's changing with the mail system and when?

Ideally, your email space could be allocated from the control panel as a portion of the total 750MB.

Currently no ETA on the new mail system. It's approximately 90% complete right now and should be available shortly.

There will be a charge depending upon how much you want to increase it.
